If Owens Recovery Science, Inc is notified in writing or by phone 14 or more working days prior to beginning of course a full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be provided.
Course fees are non-refundable within 14 days of a course.
Owens Recovery Science, Inc reserves the right to cancel any class due to an unexpected event. If the course is canceled, participants may choose either a complete refund or move to a future scheduled course.
EQUIPMENT RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Should you need to return an item, please carefully read the below restrictions and
contact us for a Return Authorization Request form.
Returnable Items:
All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they meet the following
conditions:
1. The item must be returned in the original packaging at the client’s expense.
2. The item must be received by ORS in the original packaging, in new condition.
3. To receive a refund, the item must be returned to Owens Recovery Science
within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization Request form.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
• Opened or used
• Returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Returned without notification
Non-Returnable Items:
The following item is an FDA listed medical device. Due to the nature of this product, it
is not eligible for return.
