The Owens Recovery Science BFR machine is the most effective &safe BFR machine out there. nI addition to the ni person certification course, this product is a must have for any medical professional rehabilitating athletes. I highly recommend this BFR machine over other brands as it contains the internal Doppler, allowing for highly accurate and safe consistent pressure which is individualized to the patient. This course was great and has been a game changer for our post op population. We have been able to market to local surgeons and review the evidence with them for buy ni and ti has worked great! Could not recommend this course or the delfi unit enough!
